Although most men are not taught this sacred truth, and often live far from their fullest potential, we are in fact all meant to be kings in our hearts, bodies and souls.
You may have already conjured an image of what a king may be. If the image is one of an egocentric, tyrannical king or an overlord that stands above others with an iron fist, that’s not the king we speak of. Nor the kings of movies or fairy tales.
The king within us is just, open minded, creative, joyful, focused on his goals and mission. He is the protector of self and those he loves, and he is committed to transforming the world for good. He is self possessed, holds himself accountable, is embodied, regulates his emotions, and knows himself deeply. He moves throughout the world with integrity, wisdom, and decisiveness. He is self accepting, acts with precision in his life's vision, and his very own North Star, our purpose in life! Eric Bloomstein is the founder and facilitator of Reclaim Your King, a men's coaching collective dedicated to fostering connection, personal growth, mutual support, and the power to be in your King and reclaim your throne. With a passion for empowering men to embrace vulnerability, authenticity, and emotional well-being, Eric provides a safe space where members can openly explore topics such as relationships, mental health, career challenges, and personal development.
Drawing from training in men’s work for over a decade and around the globe, Eric has deep experience in coaching, counseling, and leadership to be the man you were always meant to be. Eric believes in the power of community and encourages men to show up as their true authentic selves, free of societal expectations or judgments. His approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and the belief that growth happens through shared experiences and honest conversation.
