Since joining this men’s work, I have been connected with a group of amazing men on the same path of growth as I am. Eric has helped me to identify that the different parts of my personality are the archetypes that exist within me. Each has its strengths and weaknesses, but they need to be controlled/summoned by the King within me. In order to accomplish control we've got to make peace with the parts of us that have been damaged. The shadow work; Pain that is deep within us that must be brought to the surface and dealt with. Eric has helped me and other men, Understand what is happening, pull it up from the shadows to observe it and then let it go so that it has no more power over us. He has given us a blueprint to understand where we are going, a map to guide us to the path and the necessary tools to keep us on the path for this journey.
